Refund policy

We have a 7 day conditional return policy, which means you have 7days after receiving your item to request a return. Not all items are refundable. See non refundable/returnable items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and unopened. For dry sea moss, we cannot accept returns but can provide store credit if warranted

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@seamossdepot.com If your return is accepted, send the item back and we will reimburse you for shipping or provide a store credit. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you package is lost or stolen and you have Route insurance, please file a claim at https://route.com/. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned like dry sea moss. Sea Moss capsules cannot be returned if clear outer seal is broken. Any return, exchanges, or credits are handled on a case by case basis. Sea moss gel can't be returned

All Sales are Final with Digital Products. If a physical product is provided along side these, normal return policies apply.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


To start a return, you can contact us at seamossdepot@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 All digital products are non-refundable once delivered

• Bundles containing digital products will be partially refundable only for the physical portion if unshipped

• Opened ingestible products are non-refundable


Digital Products (All Sales Final)

Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all digital downloads are final sale.

This includes but is not limited to:

• E-books

• Meal plans

• Detox guides

• Protocols

• Bundled programs

🚫 No refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks will be accepted on digital products.

• Taste preference

• Texture preference

• Detox reactions
