What about the nutritional benefit that will make you feel even better about serving this delicious salad to your family?

Strawberry: When you opt for a fresh strawberry, you are likely to get a high level of vitamins such as vitamin C. Manganese can also be found in high amounts. This trace element is necessary for many processes in the body. Strawberries are a good source of vitamin C and manganese and they contain small amounts of several other vitamins and minerals.

Dried cherries: They are burst of flavor and taste to salads and they can also make a stand-alone snack. They contain a very high level of antioxidants that aids in collagen production. This keeps your tissue strong and protects you from free radicals that can contribute to tissue defects.

My favorite thing about this salad is the dressing and how great they taste having the gusher of the 90s. You can try out this salad on any special day or normal day and get your family members thanking you.
